Not satisfied

The first thing that was confusing is the lack of ability to track the package and long waiting for a response from technical support. I received a reply only after 4 days. Cannot be reached.

Sandal quality :
- The skin is different from the proposed. It should have been smooth, as shown on the site in the photo, but got coarse grained.
- When the air comes out of the sole, it constantly makes a sound. I don't know if it will pass. Now that confuses me.
I have a fear of doing a return because of long waiting for an answer (according to feedback).
-Heavy.

From the positive aspects - on the foot looks beautiful.
