Footwear designed to be with you every day

Our structure and experience have allowed us to grow steadily:

●    Commercial presence in 35 countries.

●     Physical stores in Spain and Morocco.

●     Distribution in over 1,000 independent footwear retailers.

This international reach would not be possible without a solid process, a culture of continuous improvement and a philosophy that prioritises durability and long-term trust.

At Yokono, manufacturing is not just a final stage — it is a reflection of everything we stand for: tradition, rigour and commitment to every step.

1️⃣ Design and development

Everything begins with our design and product team, working from trend research through to
technical concept. Every model is developed with a focus on the balance between functionality, ergonomics and durability.

Before moving into production, prototypes are created and refined to perfect the shoe mould, heights, insoles and outsoles. Part of this process is carried out by hand in our own facilities, where every prototype is reviewed and adjusted with careful attention to detail. Comfort is not an afterthought; it is built into the process from the very beginning.

At Yokono, our way of working combines technical knowledge, experience and a deep respect for craftsmanship.

2️⃣ Material selection

Material selection at Yokono is guided by criteria of quality, durability and performance. We work with components chosen for their technical properties, flexibility and reliability in everyday use.

Alongside performance, we also consider aesthetics and trends, ensuring that each collection remains consistent with the evolution of our design.

Every material goes through an internal evaluation process where we assess its behaviour under real conditions, its adaptability and its long-term consistency.

3️⃣ Cutting and upper assembly

At this stage, the pieces that will form the model are prepared and assembled. Upper assembly and stitching require precision and expertise, as they determine both the durability and the final fit of the footwear.

This is where the tradition of the craft becomes especially important: the technical knowledge accumulated over decades allows us to maintain consistent standards across every collection.

4️⃣ Assembly and construction

The assembly stage brings all elements of the shoe together over the shoe mould, ensuring structural stability and correct alignment of every component.

We pay particular attention to the balance between insole, midsole and outsole, ensuring a firm and comfortable stride from the very first wear.

5️⃣ Finishing and quality control

Before reaching the market, every model goes through a thorough review and quality control process. Stitching, adhesion, finishing and overall fit are all inspected carefully.

This verification system allows us to maintain consistency between design, manufacturing and the customer's final experience. Quality is not a commercial promise; it is an internal operating standard.

Our Commitment

At Yokono we see manufacturing as a responsibility. Every stage of the process, every technical decision and every quality check forms part of a clear commitment: to offer footwear thatcombines contemporary design, genuine comfort and durability.

Because for us, it is not just about creating a product — it is about maintaining the trust of those who choose us, collection after collection.
