For orders placed from November 25th, you have until January 15th to make your return. You just need to follow these steps:

• Locate your order in the customer area and click on "request return," or use this link and enter the order number along with the email you used to make the purchase.
• Select the model and the reason for the return.
• Choose the return method.
• Once the package is sent, you will receive your refund within a maximum of ten business days.

For size or model exchanges, you will need to process the return and place a new order.
