You have 30 days to do so. Just follow these steps:
Locate your order in the customer area and click on "Request a return", or use this link and enter your order number along with the email used for the purchase.
Select the item and the reason for the return.
Choose your preferred return method.
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive your refund within a maximum of ten business days.
For size or model exchanges, you will need to process the return and place a new order.

Exchanging a product for another is not possible.
To get the correct size, you must return your current order and place a new purchase.
The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

- Choose the product you want to return.
- How would you like to send the package?

- Use the original shipping box for the return and include the delivery note inside.

To properly clean these Yokono shoes, special attention should be paid to each part of the product, as well as to other elements such as laces or metal details.
We recommend using a damp (not wet) cloth and gently wiping your shoes.
We do not recommend using chemical products, as they may damage the leather.
