- Select the model and the reason for the return.
- Choose the return method.
- Once the package is sent, you will receive your refund within a maximum of ten business days.
For size or model exchanges, you will need to process the return and place a new order.

Our products are handled with a chemical treatment that follows the REACH regulation of chemical substances and mixtures of the European Union. This regulation entails compliance with the regulatory quantities of each substance, i.e. there must be a balance between them.
As part of the process of this chemical treatment, there are Chromium and Mercury substances in their respective amounts, so unfortunately we can not assure you that they are 100% free. -
Some of our products are made of more than one type of leather, such as cowhide and split leather.
In order to clean these Yokono, special attention must be paid to each of the pieces that make up the product, as well as to other elements such as laces or metal details.
We recommend using a damp cloth (not wet) and gently wipe your shoes.
We do not recommend using chemical products as this may damage the leather.
